Medication Management Hub
Welcome to the Medication Management Hub, which aims to support those involved in managing and administering medication in Adult Social Care settings within the East Riding.
The Hub provides access to additional resources to complement learning gained through the Medication Management courses.
In partnership with the Medicines Optimisation (Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board), the Council provides Medication Management courses. These are targeted for particular groups based on the setting in which you work.
Independent Care Sector Providers should refer to the Courses and Events page for details of course dates and complete an eBooking request.
Council based Care Workers should refer to their Learning and Development Champion and book a place on Course Finder available at the Learning Point on the intranet or via this link: Find a Course
All courses have a mandatory pre-course eLearning programme and resources that must be accessed before the date of the course. These are available on the Virtual Classroom Landing Pad for each course, which can be accessed by clicking the course names above. Learners that do not complete the pre-course eLearning programme will be unable to access the course. This is because it is essential that learners have the foundation knowledge needed before attending the course.
A Trainer Guide and PowerPoint presentation will be sent out to all learners attending the Independent Care Sector Community Services (Train the Trainer) course, once they have completed and passed their post-course assessment.
