Corned Beef Hash Recipe

Ingredients

500g potatoes (peeled & chopped)

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 

1x Onion (chopped)

340g can corned beef (chopped into cubes)

2  tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce 

Baked beans 

 

Method 

Step 1: Place the chopped potatoes into a pan and cover with cold water. Cook for 6-7 minutes and then drain. 

Step 2: Add the oil into a frying pan and cook the onions in it for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. 

Step 3: Add the potatoes and the corned beef. Then mash it altogether for 5 minutes. 

Step 4: Turn the mixture over to ensure it does not burn, then add the Worcestershire sauce . 

Step 5: Cook for another 5 minutes and push down to crisp. 

Step 6: Serve with baked beans and enjoy!
