Ingredients - makes 24 muffins                      300ml/10fl oz milk

400g/14 oz self raising flour                           150ml/6fl oz sunflower oil

200g/7oz caster sugar                                    1 teaspoon vanilla essence

2 large eggs                                                     lemon curd
