What you need:
- 200g Soft Cheese
- 300ml Double Cream
- 200g Shortcake biscuits
- 10-12 Ferrero Rocher’s (3 for the top)
- 1tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 200g Butter
- 500g Icing Sugar
- Optional – Chocolate Sauce for the top
