Thai Cooking Class with Amy
Amy went to a cooking class when she stayed in Chiang Mai, first she travelled to a market and was shown the ingredients she was going to be using and where she could buy them if she wanted to after.
Amy was on the half day course and made curry paste, curry, soup, stir fry and a spring roll.
Amy chose to do a red curry, Pad Thai and a creamy Tom Yum soup. They each had their own station and followed the instructor but was still able to choose how spicy or rich they wanted their dishes to be.
They got to eat their food for lunch and Amy said the curry was her favourite.
