Ingredients
125g Soft Butter
300g Milk Chocolate
125g Golden Syrup
200g Digestive Biscuit
100g Mini Marshmallows
Method
1. Rub a little butter inside the base and edges of a metal tray
2. Put a piece of baking paper in tray and push down
3. Put butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a pan
4. Put the pan on the hob on low heat.
5. Whilst this is melting, place the biscuits in a bowl and break up (to pieces about the size of a 1 pence coin)
6. Pour chocolate mixture into bowl of biscuits
7. Weigh marshmallows into a plastic container
8. Add marshmallows and mix
9. Pour the mixture into a lined square baking tin and press down
10. Sprinkle marshmallows on top
11. Put on cooling rack to set
12. When cool and set, sprinkle with icing sugar and cut into slices
13. They will keep up to 3 days in a container
