Induction Hub for Care Workers
Welcome to the Induction Hub for Care Workers.
The Induction Hub for Care Workers helps to sign post you to courses that will help develop your essential knowledge and skills as a care worker. Your Supervisor or Line Manager will discuss with your the specific learning, shadowing and other activities that you will carry out as part of your induction.
You can access a variety of learning and resources on ASC LeadER, but some items require an ASC LeadER Account. The following images appear next to the learning and resources to show how they can be accessed.
Adult Social Care workers in the East Riding can apply for an ASC LeadER Account using the Create a new account facility, which you can access here. You only need 1 account, if you have forgotten you password you need to request a reset using the Password reset facility

ASC LeadER will track the completion of many of the eLearning courses where you have an ASC LeadER Account. However, if it not possible to do this for some courses, especially if these can be accessed without an ASC LeadER Account.
