Hands move forward to show the outline of the road

  

The non dominant hand is held in a flat shape, palm facing downwards.

The dominant hand is held in a claw shape and moves up and down the forearm as if to scratch

    

Index finger of dominant hand moves away from the body.

And you're miles and miles (sign long) from your nice warm (sign hot) bed

Index finger points at the person in question

  

  

Index and middle fingers of both hands are extended, palms facing each other. 

Both hands then move away to indicate length.

  

Pull hand across brow

  

Palms of hands are together. Hands rest on one cheek.

Eyes stay open.
