Travelling with Amy

Adele's niece Amy is travelling around Thailand. Here are some photographs from her journey.

 Amy explored the Khoa Sok National Park, the rainforest is the oldest evergreen rainforest in the world.  It has huge limestone mountains, valleys and waterfalls.

In the evening Amy took a cooking class with a local family.  She picked her own ingredients from around the land and learnt how to cook Thai red curry, BokChoy stir fry, tempura banana flower and pork and bamboo shoot stir fry.

Bamboo rafting through the Khoa Sok National Park, Amy was guided down the river on a bamboo raft through the limestone mountains and rainforest.
